We're here for you! If you are not totally in love with your purchase then we have the following options for you.
EXCHANGE - change for another size/colour
STORE CREDIT - get a store credit for the full cost of the goods valid for 12 months (doesn’t include shipping costs)
How do I return my goods?
1) Email us at email@example.com within 7 days of your goods arriving to request a return authorisation.
2) Send the goods back to us within 14 days of requesting the return. Delivery address is: Three Stories; 105 High Street, Fremantle WA 6011 (Goods need to be received in original condition and fit for sale with all swing tags)
3) Chat to us about what option you would like (exchange or store credit)
**Sale items are deemed Final Sale
**All refunds, exchanges and store credits are issued within Australian Consumer Law
**We do not offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases, only on items deemed faulty and unrepairable by the manufacturer.
